Returns and Refunds
Due to the highly personal and handcrafted nature of the products offered through this site, refunds and returns will only be considered on a case by case basis and must involve some nature of product defect. Return or refund requests based on fragrance dislike can only be honored when items were gifted and the recipient did not chose the items purchased. Original transaction must have stated that the purchase was for gifting purposes.
